CARPENTER

 Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

 Construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden frameworks, furniture, fittings, and other

structures.

 Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other building materials.

 Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.

 Ensure compliance with building codes, company quality standards, and safety

requirements.

 Collaborate with other trades and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

Task & responsibilities

• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality standards

Qualification & experience

 Must hold a Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification).

 Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience post-qualification.

 Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

 Sound knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

 Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
