Civil Engineer

About you

· Bachelor of Civil Engineering

· Proficiency with preparing 3Dmodels of the fixing structures for natural stones

· Minimum three years of experience in natural stone façade design, natural stone estimating and cost planning in construction industry

· Great knowledge of fixing systems used for various types of facade cladding (experience in secondary structures is required)

· Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

· Strong communication and relationship building skills to liaise with all stakeholders including clients, consultants and the internal project team.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Accuracy and attention to details

· Fluency in English

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Critically assessing design briefs and proposing amendments as required

· Ensuring thorough documentation of all project information and communications

· Prepare 3D models of façade structures for natural stones

· Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and plans for commercial projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

· Undertake and manage site inspections

· Prepare schedules to organise fabrication and installation

· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

· Collaborate with architects, and project manager to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of design concepts.
