Transpac Removals is seeking an experienced Carpenter to support its relocation and logistics operations. The role involves furniture assembly, minor carpentry repairs, and installation tasks associated with residential and commercial relocations.

Task & responsibilities

• Assemble, install and dismantle furniture and cabinetry during relocation projects

• Remove and reinstall doors, fittings and fixtures as required during transport and installation

• Repair damaged timber furniture, fittings and structures

• Perform basic carpentry work including measuring, cutting and fitting timber materials

• Interpret basic plans and measurements to ensure accurate installation

• Ensure work complies with safety standards and company procedures


Qualification & experience

• Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant carpentry experience

• Ability to perform furniture assembly, repair and installation work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
