Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage residential construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Manage procurement of materials and services required for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any construction issues or delays.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management and clients.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate on-site activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and Australian building standards.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
