Project Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator with exposure to construction or trade-based project environments to support the coordination of swimming pool resurfacing and remediation projects.

Task & responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administration of fibreglass pool resurfacing projects
• Prepare and manage job cards, scope of works, contracts, variations and compliance documentation
• Liaise with site supervisors, fibreglass installers, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate materials (resins, vinyl ester systems, matting, coatings) and delivery schedules
• Track project milestones, site access requirements and weather-related delays
• Assist in preparing detailed quotations based on pool size, substrate condition and finish specification
• Maintain WHS documentation including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and site safety records
• Monitor project costs, purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Coordinate with clients regarding project scheduling, preparation requirements and completion handover
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation for domestic and commercial pool projects

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project administration, construction administration or similar role
• Experience in building, construction, renovation or trades industry highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualification in Business, Construction Administration, or Project Management preferred
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
