SA STEEL FIX is seeking an experienced Steel Fixers to join our team in greater Adelaide region, South Australia. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our business of commercial and residential steel fixing.

· Secure and tie reinforcing steel to required quality and safety standards.
· Interpret construction drawings, prepare the worksite, and install protective plastic sheeting prior to steel placement.
· Assemble reinforcing bars or mesh by welding, wiring, or clipping into designated positions within concrete structures.
· Fabricate steel reinforcement components, including beams, footing pads, and specialised units.
· Join prefabricated reinforcement units and position them accurately in preparation for concrete pours.
· Maintain clear, accurate, and well-presented documentation, correspondence, and records when requested.
· Load and unload trucks with steel frames and construction materials, ensuring ongoing site cleanliness and organisation.
· Following PPE and site safety regulations
At least one year of relevant work experience.
AQF Certificate II or III is preferred but not mandatory
Valid White Card
